At Dromoland Castle in County Clare, Ireland, she spent an afternoon with her husband, Mel, working with and learning about birds of prey (hawks, falcons and owls) with master falconer Dave (right). Beth and Mel spent two nights in Dromoland Castle, now operated as a hotel.
