New Sign Installed

Up on his scaffold over the lower roof, Dave Adams, one of Suffield Village’s multi-talented construction and maintenance crew, attaches the V of the new sign on the south-facing gable over Highland Park Market. The owners of the largest parcel created in Suffield’s Urban Restoration project in the late 1960s took the name of their intended retail shopping center from the Village of Suffield, the official borough comprising the old Center School District in the first half of that century.
