It’s back! By popular demand, the “Welcome Spring! Egg Hunt and Bunny Visit,” hosted by the Friends of Suffield, returns to town this year. Perfect for families with young children, the activity-filled event takes place Saturday, April 6, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Spaulding Elementary School.
Volunteers are busy planning a variety of hands-on fun, which will be posted on www.friendsofsuffield.org. Families can count on traditional favorites, such as:
• Egg Hunt (Bring your own basket)
• Visit with the Bunny (Don’t forget your camera!)
• Lots of fun games and crafts
• Spring nails “mani” station
• Jelly bean counting contest

Many people are excited the free event is being put on again this year. This writer brought her family to the 2011 event at the suggestion of a Suffield friend. We had such a good time, we decided to make our home here – we moved from Windsor to Suffield!
