Come join the Suffield Rotary Club for some fun, some food, and yes… some wine, infused liquors, hors d’oeuvres, food tables and a raffle hosted at Suffield by the River on Friday, May 17 at 7:30 p.m. Funds raised from the event will be used primarily for scholarships for Suffield students and other community-based projects. The Rotary provides about ten $1000 scholarships a year. Local businesses will be donating raffle prizes and the Suffield High School jazz band will be providing the music. Tickets for the event are $35 per person/$60 per couple. They are available from Nancy Viggiano at vigg595@gmail.com or any Rotary members. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the event.

Suffield Community Aid –By holiday bell ringing, Rotary members helped to raise $1600
Winter Sand & Salt – with delivery upon request to seniors in the community
Golf cart rides for voters during elections
Hilltop Farm – Fund and rebuild a chicken coop along with support from the Suffield High School Vo-Ag
Distinguished Speaker program – to introduce students to potential career paths
Interact Club – Rotary based club to help students interact with the Suffield community through service activities
Student of the Month Club – to honor students active in the community
