The Polish Heritage Society will meet on Wednesday June 5 at 10 a.m. at the Suffield Ambulance Center. Our guest will be Bob Sullivan, grandson of tobacco warehouseman, John L. Sullivan. Many Polish immigrants, male and female, were employed in Sullivan’s warehouse as well as others in the Suffield area. His grandson will share some interesting history of that aspect of tobacco farming.
