Where in the World is the Observer?

Current and former Suffieldians gather on the deck of their canal boat for their obligatory WITW photo in May. They were docked in Haarlem during a “Tulips and Cheese” Bike & Barge trip in the Netherlands, sometimes riding through great local sights and sometimes enjoying the view of tulip fields and windmills from a comfortable deck chair.
