The Suffield Garden Club will hold a monthly meeting on Monday, November 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the Kent Memorial Library, 50 North Main Street. Refreshments are followed by our guest speaker at 7 p.m.
Don Dandelski, D & D Wildlife Management, works closely with the Department of Energy & Environmental Protection to trap bobcats. Don’s presentation will include info regarding the DEEP program, how he captures these elusive animals, works with them, releases and tracks them. See photos, traps and bait used.
All who are interested are welcome to attend, and invited to share a 5″ x 7″ photo on the theme “The Cat’s Meow – A Domestic Cat.” Tickets for the Garden Club’s Holiday House Tour on December 7 will be available for purchase.
