Brewery Update

Co-proprietor Eric Mance of the Broad Brook Brewing Company is pictured on February 9 at the nearly complete bar of the brewery’s brew pub on South Street, which he said would take only a few weeks to complete. The flooring was in process, and the plumbing among the vats, impressively viewable from the entrance hall and the pub, was complete, but Mance said electrical work was ongoing, and he was not ready to schedule an opening date.
