Chalking Up Thanks

Grateful and encouraging messages began to appear around town soon after the start of the COVID-19 emergency. This one pictured in early April on Wren Drive at the Pheasant Lane corner reads clearly “Thank You Health Care Workers and First Responders” and adds colorful hearts all the way up to the garage. This nice outpouring of gratitude took Isabella and Madison Somers three hours and a good deal of chalk. Isabella, 12, and Madison, 8, are Suffield school kids.
