Birthday Drive-by Parade

On July 24, Ruth Zimmerman enjoyed a surprise drive-by parade for her 80th birthday. Carol Martin and Ann Kannen with Dave Kannen driving celebrated Ruth’s birthday as she waves to them. Several other friends drove by with flowers and gifts. It was a great day! Ruth was a key member of the Observer staff for many years.
