This year Halloween was a bit different because of COVID-19.
As you know, this year has taken a bit of a turn (a big one). And that left everyone wondering… did Halloween still happen? The answer is yes!
Halloween still happened on October 31, but it WAS different. There were not as many trick or treaters. On the bright side, if you did go trick or treating, there was a lot of extra candy (see what I’m getting at?). For example, all the houses I went to had king sized candy bars!
If you did not go trick or treating, then you were proudly at home or a friend’s house watching movies. Speaking of friends, I do not know about you, but I did not have friends over this year; I just went with my family. It was still fun, but I wish I was with my friends. I hope next year there will be more trick or treaters and maybe no COVID-19, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.
