Agent Brenda Nuhfer demonstrates the microwave oven to builder Elzear Roy, who dropped in during open house time at his Olde Creamery Village condo apartments on a rainy March Sunday afternoon. The oven, loaded with a pull-out drawer, was one of a number of new features unfamiliar to this superannuated photographer. The Village, with six apartments and a two-unit office building, is on Mountain Road almost across from the Suffield Post Office.
