Four linemen in two high-lift bucket trucks install interconnecting loops on the electrical cables of one of the old lattice towers in preparation for transferring the cables to one of the new monopole towers close by at this corner just east of North Stone Street. As this project is replacing the old power line across West Suffield with a new one on the same alignment, many of the wires still carry the 115-kilovolt power, and the linemen must be very careful.
