Jonathan Sheldon house, now 1321 Sheldon Street and part of Simpaug Farm. The group was here during the annual Sheldon reunion, which is held in various communities where early Sheldon immigrants lived. The association is one of the largest such organizations in the country. Capt. Jonathan Sheldon settled here and built his home in about 1723. It was well documented in the Historic American Buildings Survey in 1937.
