Members of Suffield in Stitches, a productive Suffield club, hold the Suffield town quilt they were presenting to First Selectman Colin Moll, left. The ceremony took place in the community room at the Suffield Police Station, where the quilters had just ended a four-hour work session making components for their next quilt. The Suffield quilt, with a nicely applied town seal in the center, was soon hung in the Kent Memorial Library next to the upper landing of the main stairway.
