Mr. Marshaus’s design philosophy is to “never do the same thing twice.” He gets his inspiration from items in his own home and garden, supplementing with purchased flowers and greens when needed. He credits his love of all things gardening to his upbringing on an Ohio farm, where the family had seven greenhouses. Mr. Marshaus holds a Master’s degree in fine arts from Wesleyan University. His topiary designs are currently on display at Pentimento on South Main Street, Suffield.

After the demonstration the arrangements will be raffled off to attendees.

The program is free for members and $10 for guests. All are welcome.
