Five trees are still available! The “TREES for FREE” program, funded by a grant from the Suffield Greater Together Community Fund at the Hartford Foundation and implemented by the Trees for Suffield Initiative, is coming to a close.
By adopting and caring for a native sapling shade tree, you’ll add value and beauty to your yard and benefit our whole community. Your tree choices include an American Hornbeam, Northern Red Oak, Tupelo or Red Maple.
Suffield homeowners need a wide open roadside location bordering their property to qualify. Trees will be provided on a first come, first served basis. If you don’t get your application in before trees run out, don’t worry, we’ll keep you on a wait list for future programs.
Application will be accepted through our Google form available on the Town website under “Things to Do/Trees for Suffield” or by using the QR code printed here.
