The Suffield Arts Council is pleased to announce a show in The Pinney Gallery of the Kent Memorial Library, of a collection of artworks by a multi-talented, award-winning artist, Deborah Padden.
Opening June 3, the show will feature paintings rendered in colored pencil, watercolor, acrylics, pastels and oils. Subjects will include portraits, florals, landscapes and still life.
Currently in the third decade of her artistic journey, Deborah enjoys sharing her knowledge of art techniques and materials and hosts classes and workshops throughout western Massachusetts, and northern Connecticut. She currently offers private and group lessons at Workshop 13 in Ware, Massachusetts.
A “Meet the Artist” reception will be held in the gallery, on the evening of June 13, from 6 – 8 p.m. It is open to the public. This show closes on June 28. The show is thanks to the combined efforts of the artist, the Suffield Arts Council, and the Kent Memorial Library staff.
