Suffield Woman’s Club (SWC) is holding a special event October 8 at noon in the Gallery at Kent Memorial Library. Cheri DeMaria, who holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, will lead a class for women on Situational Awareness and include some self-defense tips for us. All women who are interested are invited to join SWC members as Cheri instructs us in what we need to know about safety as we go about our lives.
