The Suffield Arts Council will continue to feature a collection of paintings by artist Susan Racine of Blandford, Massachusetts, entitled New England To Europe. This show has been held over by popular demand and due to unforeseen schedule issues; it will remain in the Pinney Gallery of the Kent Memorial Library through March 24.

As a long-term President of the Blandford Cultural Council, Sue paints watercolor renderings of life, including farm scenes, landscapes and both urban and suburban views. She is a student and has studied with Stanley Malek, Ruth Laprise and Joan Boryta. As a member of Arts West in Westfield and Agawam Artists and Artisans, her work has won awards and critical acclaim throughout New England. Her paintings can be found in public and private collections. Hung in early February, this show has enjoyed rave reviews!

This presentation was made possible due to the collective efforts of the artist, The Suffield Arts Council and the Kent Memorial Library staff.

Starting March 25, the SAC will host a display of painted glass windows by Berlin artist Eddie Hall. More to come in our April issue.
