Researching Old Houses When investigating an old house sometimes it’s not where you expect. This house, per Delphia H. Clark, is on the corner of Remington Street and Mountain Road. The picture is by Roger Loomis, 1953. The house was probably built by Francis W. Arnold ca. 1843. It’s not there today, but a multi-unit development called “Suffield West” is. The house was moved south and west of this location and it’s a little hard to see from Remington.
