Suffield Community Aid has long been committed to serving as a vital resource for individuals and families throughout our community. As a nonprofit community-based organization, we recognize that many people face challenges that extend far beyond a single need, and we believe that compassionate, coordinated support can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
As our community continues to evolve, we believe it is important that our organization evolves with it. For that reason, we have decided to begin a comprehensive strategic planning process that will include a broad-based community survey. This effort will seek meaningful feedback from service recipients, community partners, volunteers and the general Suffield community at large. The purpose of this strategic planning initiative is not just to evaluate what we do, but to thoughtfully examine how we can do it even better. We hope to identify areas where services can be strengthened, expanded, streamlined, or better coordinated to meet the needs of our community.
Our goal is to build upon the strong foundation already established while continuing to adapt, innovate, and grow. We are excited to engage the community in helping shape the next chapter of our organization’s mission and impact. Residents will receive a postcard with a QR code linking to the survey. We are encouraging everyone to take a few moments to participate and share their thoughts, ideas, and feedback. The survey will help guide the future direction of our organization and the programs we provide.
