This fall, the Tuesday Morning Music Club (TMMC) celebrates its 125th season of bringing professional and amateur musicians together to perform for the music lovers of the region. Their concerts include music ranging from classical and opera to jazz, musical theater, folk, world music, and sometimes even rock and pop—all at an affordable price. The TMMC’s 2026-2027 season begins on October 6 at 10:30 a.m. in Asbury Hall at Trinity United Methodist Church, 361 Sumner Avenue, Springfield.
The TMMC’s season includes 12 performances that take place every other Tuesday. The fall portion of their season runs from October 6 to December 1, 2026. They take a winter break in January, then hold biweekly Tuesday morning concerts February 9 to May 4, 2027.
Club members can attend all 12 concerts for the season membership fee of just $40; the only requirement for membership is being a music lover. People who would like to attend just one concert may do so for a general admission fee of $10.
“Since it was founded in 1902, the mission of the TMMC has been to bring talented musicians together with an enthusiastic audience to share their love of live performances, and to do it at a price that is affordable for as many people as possible,” said TMMC president Kara Noble. “We feature soloists and ensembles from most of the local college music faculties and from many of the most highly regarded performing organizations in the region. They all love playing for our warm and welcoming audience.
TMMC is a great bargain and a real treat for performers and music lovers.”
