New Apartments Open

The parted pieces fly as the ceremonial ribbon is cut, celebrating the opening of Brook Hill Village apartments. Official smiles beamed as four hands wielded the giant scissors (an awkward feat). First Selectman Melissa Mack shared the task with Roberto Arista, a principal of Dakota Partners, the proprietors of the big project. It is the first fully “affordable” housing development in Suffield.
