Two local enthusiasts, Joan Bedard, left, and Sarah Segar, are pictured at the Thanksgiving Day Manchester Road Race on November 24, where they finished first and second in the female 85-89 division. Joan, the division winner, set the course record for the division last year. Sarah, second, aged out of the division two weeks after the race. This year, the 80th running of the 4.748-mile race, counted 11,226 registered runners and walkers finishing the course.
