During the final step of Pack 266's Blue and Gold Celebration, Webelos Cub Scout Reid Sunshine looks up patiently as three members of Boy Scout Troop 260 outfit him with a neophyte Boy Scout neckerchief. Like ten other Cubs standing nearby, he is holding the mounted Arrow of Light symbolizing his successful completion of the full Cub Scout program. Surrounding Reid, from the left, are: Life Scout John Cremmins, Scoutmaster Mike Cremmins, and Senior Patrol Leader Mickey Barron. The ceremony, which was followed by a late afternoon dinner, took place in Father Ted Hall on March 4.
