New Building Coming

A new, 5,000-square foot, office building is under construction at 228 Mountain Road, an address it shares with Bright Horizons, next to McAlister Intermediate School. Builder Elzear Roy, who demolished two old homes to clear the space and acquired the necessary permits a couple of years ago, says he hasn’t signed tenants for the two one-story office suites, but he has had some inquiries. By mid-October the foundation was ready for the framing.
