Scout Receives Bixler Award

Eagle Scout Alex Cremins shows the Stephen R. Bixler Award he has just been handed by Assistant Scoutmaster Art Sikes at Troop 260’s June Family Night. Steve Bixler, Suffield’s heroic casualty of the War on Terror, was an Eagle Scout in Troop 280. The award pays a Scout’s expense for the troop’s biannual Allagash River canoe trip.
