FECS Co-founders Honored

Jill Caron holds the General Assembly citation she and Sue Davis, co-founders of the Foundation for Exceptional Children of Suffield, received from State Representative Tami Zawistowski for their effort in promoting new legislation requiring training for first responders dealing with people who have cognitive disabilities.
