The Suffield Polish Heritage Society will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, October 2 at 10 a.m. in the Ambulance Center, 205 Bridge St. At this gathering, Jim Turek will interview Florence Noble, the granddaughter of Joseph and Martha (Niska) Horanzy and John and Katherine (Hencjek) Skowronski. We look forward to her recollections of her family as well as her many years of experience as a floral designer.
Polish Heritage Society meetings are open to anyone who is interested in learning about, and perpetuating, the Polish culture and the history of the Polish community in Suffield and surrounding areas.
