A great opportunity to showcase Suffield’s farms is in a cookbook for the 350th anniversary of the town. It is a collaborative effort between the Town of Suffield Farmers Market and the 350th Anniversary Committee. Thanks to Kathy Dunai for receiving a grant from the CT Dept. of Agriculture to cover the cost of printing the cookbook.
Recipes need to be collected by residents and farmers before the end of May. Please send recipes to 350Cookbook@gmail.com. Up to five recipes per person are welcome. Please indicate who is sending in the recipe, either by the name of the farm or resident. Farmers are also asked to send in photos of their farm with a short description.
