Dear Editor,
I graduated from Suffield High School and my mom still lives here.
When visiting in mid-September, I was appalled by the profane election signage that is currently being posted on people’s lawns. On Hill Street, one resident has stretched a huge banner across his property that reads: “Trump 2020: No More Bullshit.” Is there no ordinance available to remove this? Visitors see this eyesore. Children are transported on school buses by this residence. Is this the proper way to teach them how to engage in the political process?
This is incredibly sad and a blight on the town.
