David DiPiero has been promoted to Vice President, Compliance Office at Windsor Federal. He joined Windsor Federal in 2005 as Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist with over nine years of prior work experience in banking and financial compliance. He was promoted to Compliance Office in 2013 and Assistant Vice President, Compliance in 2014. David earned both his undergraduate and MBA degrees at Western New England. He is currently working to become a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
