In this program, pet and plant lovers will learn about the top pet-friendly plants, potential hazards to avoid and tips for maintaining a harmonious home environment.

“Many people are surprised to learn that some of our most loved houseplants, like the beautiful Peace Lily, can be toxic to our pets,” says Trombley. “As someone who loves both plants and pets, I believe you shouldn’t have to choose between them.”

Whether you’re a seasoned plant parent or new to indoor gardening, this session is perfect for ensuring your pets and plants coexist happily and healthily. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enhance your home with greenery while keeping your beloved pets safe and happy.

This program is open to members and non-members.

When: October 7 at 12 p.m.
Where: Fellowship Hall at the Second Baptist Church
