Little Ruth Kim Remington, four years old, concentrates on the job of cutting the ribbon, with a good deal of help from her father, Suffield Town Clerk Harold Remington. The ribbon was indeed cut, and the opening of Suffield’s new Town Hall was properly celebrated by a large crowd on May 22, 1962. That’s probably First Selectman Francis Leahy at the left.
