I love this town, Suffield. Born and raised in the suburbs of Springfield, I never imagined enjoying life in a farm town.
I am an avid supporter of efficiency and conservation regardless of how it is applied or where it is found.
My wife Beth and I have lived in many towns and different states in our lives. One factor common to the different locations is that each community had people who stepped forward and went above and beyond. We in Suffield have many past examples of such people: Lester Smith, Sam Fuller and Janet Banks to name a few. Recently I met with Bill Hawkins, Suffield Director of Planning and Development. Though not a resident he works tirelessly to better our community.
My husband Scott loves nature and especially enjoys watching birds.
I cannot remember a time when Scott and I did not have a dog or two in our lives.
When you text or send emails, you’re contributing to climate change.
We are a town of mosaics. Together we make up a diverse quilt of ideas, beliefs, expectations and priorities.
My father-in-law was a probate judge, funny storyteller and a beloved mentor.
