With the holiday season upon us, it feels like the perfect time to make you all aware of a very special fundraiser that the library staff will be participating in alongside McAlister Intermediate School this December.
The much-anticipated astronomical start of summer begins with the solstice on June 20. However, this is not the only exciting astronomical event in June.
This month, I would like to take the time to highlight something very special happening at the library.
As I sit to write this column, I am finding it hard not to be distracted by the beautiful weather outside.
There is an old proverb about the month of March that I am sure many of us have heard before, “in like a lion and out like a lamb.”
By the time you read this article, we will be a month into the new year.
I am sure many of you are curious about who the new library director is.
