Over the past few weeks in this country there has been a disturbing rise in hate-filled acts against minorities.
At the last Permanent Building Commission meeting on March 1, the Request for Proposals (RFP) for both a construction manager at risk and an architect to design the community center were finalized, and at this writing, RFP approval is expected at their next meeting on March 16.

On Thursday, April 27, a program entitled “Hoarding: More Than Too Much Stuff” will be held from 6:30–8:30 p.m at Suffield Middle School.
At 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 21, about 52 women and I boarded a bus at the Macy’s parking lot in Enfield heading for Washington, D.C., and the Women’s March on Washington for what was one of the most amazing experiences ever!
Bob Warren was a voracious reader, with wide-ranging and diverse tastes.

An application to the State by Suffield’s Economic Development office has resulted in an award of up to $500,000 for funding under the Main Street Investment Fund.
