A friend of mine recently shared a video he saw on the internet regarding the decrease in bird population, that really concerned us.
While calls to save the bees are nothing new, there is a new effort in Connecticut to replenish local bee populations.
The bobolink, a songbird, is one of the stars of these habitats. About the size of a sparrow, the male bobolink is mostly black with a striking top half of black and white and a yellow patch on the back of his neck resembling a pulled-down hood.
This dessert is easy to make and has an ingredient that may come as a surprise. But, if you love lemon desserts, you may want to try making this one.
