Planning Begins for Oktoberfest at Hilltop

Suffield’s First Selectman’s office and The Friends of the Farm at Hilltop have begun planning the second annual Oktoberfest, scheduled for Saturday, October 7 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Hilltop Farm.

Saturday, June 10 will be the 19th celebration of Connecticut Open House Day!
“We now carry local fresh milk and yogurt from Hastings Farm, home-made fudge and other products from Cupola Hollow Farm, honey from Hilltop Farm and freshly cut flowers from Julie The Garden Fairy,” says Jason Siemienkowicz who operates the Hilltop Farm Store and Creamery with his wife Crystal.
The Friends of the Farm at Hilltop are excited about our “Monster” Tag Sale & Flea Market coming up on Saturday, May 6.

In recognition of Earth Day on April 22, The Friends of the Farm at Hilltop are offering a free viewing of the new film On Sacred Ground.
The 11-acre nonprofit Hilltop Farm hosts a Maple Syrup Making Demo from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 5.
