The Suffield Players are ready to impart some holiday cheer with our annual holiday benefit featuring the classic tale by Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol adapted for stage by Ryan Bird.
We are happy to announce the Suffield Historical Society will hold its holiday exhibit at the King House Museum on December 4 and December 5 from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Our theme this year is Vintage Sports Paraphernalia, and we will be showing equipment, photographs and memorabilia. Come and enjoy our exhibit and holiday decorations in Dr. King’s lovely 18th century home.
The Suffield Tree Committee would like to thank the Suffield Community Fund and the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving for supporting the joint vision of the Garden Club and the committee through its generous donation to fund a Tree Planting Plan for Main Street and the town greens.
The Suffield Cooperative Preschool students and their families celebrated safely at the school’s annual Halloween Costume Party.
In October, Suffield Troop 260 and sister Troop 262 went biking through the Blue Hills Reservation, located minutes from the bustle of downtown Boston. The reservation stretches over 7,000 acres from Quincy to Dedham and Milton to Randolph, providing a green oasis in an urban environment.
Aaron Marcavitch, the new Executive Director of Connecticut Landmarks and a Suffield resident, is a man who projects tireless energy and enthusiasm.
