The persistent heat and humidity didn’t keep the crowds away from Farm Fest this year, when parking attendants counted 850 cars visiting the Labor Day event.

Many of us have been watching the restoration/rebuilding of Memorial Hall on the campus of Suffield Academy. Who could fail to be fascinated by what appeared to be an old façade propped up by next to nothing?
In the September issue, on Page 4, the caption for a photo of Suffield Academy’s newly renovated Memorial Building mistakenly noted that the top floor contained some dorm rooms.
