Suffield native Greg Butler was just nominated for an Academy Award for Best Visual Effects for his work on “1917.” The film is nominated in a total of 10 categories including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best Original Score and Best Cinematography.

On Saturday, September 1, Hilltop Farm will be transformed into a wonderful spot to share a harvest dinner and dance under the stars to the live music of “Out The Boxx.”
Make your Fourth of July special this year by attending an outdoor concert with The Kevin Prater Band! The free concert will take place on Wednesday, July 4, in the bandstand on middle green in the center of Suffield.
