Ribbon Cut at Suffield Gymnastics

Proprietor Steve Sullivan shares the scissors with First Selectman Melissa Mack as they hold the official ribbon cutting for the Suffield Gymnastics Academy. The long-experienced business had moved to Ffyler Place several weeks ago, and students and coaches from the evening class observed the ceremony on November 7, along with landlord Michael Laureno and his grandson Tom, at the left.

Connecticut Valley Tobacco Author Comes to Suffield

Brianna Dunlap, author of the new book, Connecticut Valley Tobacco, a museum professional at the Connecticut Valley Tobacco Museum in Windsor since 2013 and a recent graduate from Central Connecticut State University with a Masters in Public History, will be in Suffield on Sunday, November 13th to talk about her book and to sign copies which will be for sale.
