“Learning to do, doing to learn, earning to live, and living to serve.”
Congratulations to Ava Yunis who was chosen as the Rotary Student of the Month for November.
The Suffield Public Schools announced its policy for determining eligibility of children who may receive free or reduced-price meals served under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP).
On November 4 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. the Suffield Regional Agriscience Program is excited to welcome students interested in applying to the program into the ag facility for the First Look Open House. First Look is a yearly open house held to showcase all the amazing opportunities the Suffield Regional Agriscience program has to offer and is open to any students interested in learning about or applying to the program for the 2022 school year. This year the recruitment committee will be implementing some small changes that are going to have a big influence on the event. The first major change is that this year there will be a workshop dedicated strictly to helping students navigate the application process and how to manage their time to meet the deadlines. On top of that there will be many other small workshops sprinkled throughout the school and agriscience facility to get students accustomed to life at Suffield High School and to help them meet all the amazing people and learn about programs Suffield has to offer.
Congratulations to Cameran and Cassandra Bosco, who were chosen as the Rotary Students of the Month for September and October, respectively.
Congratulations to Sarah Whitehouse, a Suffield High School senior, who has qualified as a semifinalist in the 67th annual National Merit Scholarship Program.
