The long summer days are a perfect time to visit Phelps-Hatheway House and Garden on 55 South Main Street.
Over 50 spectators had set out their lawn chairs that sunny Saturday morning June 4, some under sunshades, on the large mowed field north of the big barn at Hilltop Farm.
On Saturday, June 4, ABAR Suffield held its second annual Suffield Pride event.
Mascot cow Mootilda, and her friends Kacy Colston and Tom Heffernan, invite you to help Paint the Big, White Barn at Hilltop Farm.
A highlight of the summer season, Suffield Garden Club is presenting a garden tour, “Celebrating Summer Gardens,” on July 16 from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. Five private gardens about town and the gardens of the historic Hatheway House and Hilltop Farm will be open to visitors. The tour will feature unique gardens, such as a glorious two-acre property with walls of towering twelve-foot hydrangeas and hundreds of juniper, yew and boxwood.
Trees for Suffield booth will be at the Farmers Market July 9 and August 20.
It was recently announced by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Connecticut that former Suffield resident Lisa Bonner has won the organization’s Victoria L. Soto Memorial Award for 2022.
The 2022 Suffield PMC Kids, presented by Koverage Insurance Group was held on May 7 at the McAlister School. It was the 11th event overall and first since 2019.
