Harvest Fun for Kids at Kent Memorial Library: Families with children ages 3 – 9 are invited to Kent Memorial Library on Saturday, November 23, between 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. to celebrate the harvest!
On Sunday, October 6, Wings of Hope, a fundraiser to help with costs associated with Scott Flanagan’s cancer treatments, will be held at St. Robert Hall, 52 Elm Street, Windsor Locks starting at 5 p.m.
From the moment someone is diagnosed with cancer, (s)he becomes a survivor. Some have precious little time after the diagnosis, while some go on to live many years, but all are enlisted in the struggle.
The Connecticut Trolley Museum presents Pumpkin Patch and Rails to the Darkside. These two fundraising events are extremely important to funding the museum’s many family programs.
