John Kehoe, a retired City of Hartford forester and arborist, has an infectious enthusiasm for all things trees.
Over the course of the past two years, the Board of Education has stated that their decision making has been based on guidance from the CDC. However, when it comes to the CDC recommendation that students are given twenty-five minutes of time strictly for eating lunch in school, the Board does not comply.
Before Glen and Josh Vincent purchased Appleberry Farm at Rising Corner 18 years ago, the father and son team had already concluded they wouldn’t continue growing the pick-your-own fruit trees on the property.
