After many folks had had their fill of shoveling out the deep snow of Storm Diana, – at 18 inches it was the most in the state – a number of families still had the energy to take their kids to the Kent Memorial Library for a Valentine Party.

Tests for PCB air contamination in six areas of the Kent Memorial Library took place on November 14, and additional tests were done three days later.
