Suffield is lucky to have many youth that make Suffield a nicer place to live.
I am writing to express my concern about a recent letter written by Melissa Mack, First Selectman (FS) regarding the Bridge Street Community Center.
On Tuesday, September 12, U.S. Navy Electronics Technician 2nd Class Dustin Louis Doyon was laid to rest in his hometown of Suffield.
What is a community? The dictionary defines it as “a feeling of fellowship with others”; in biology, it encompasses “all of the organisms that inhabit a particular area.”
Martin Luther King said, “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”
Well, another month goes by and Kent Memorial Library is still not open.
